It is not.
Perhaps it should be, given the Anopheles mosquitoes that fly in
through my window in summer here in Exeter...but it is not.
However, and it is a while since I was in Central America but I
hadn't heard of it changing, would Chloroquine and Proguanil
actually not have been a suitable and safe prophylaxis?
