IE4's Front page express will produce html which should display fine in IE3
as long as you don't do any fancy stuff (frames) - they may look different -
but functionally will be the same ...why not try it
(Word 97 will save in html formay *.htm - and is an alternative - but will
tend to put too many fancy tags(bits) so what you see may not be what you
intended WYSMNBWUI
