But would that not set a very dangerous precedent to all the HAs, not to
mention the entire civil service.
When the culture of beaurocracy at present appears to be 'Judge ye by
the size and glossiness of the publications', at least that one was a
slim brochure in black and white.(Unlike the glossy tomes for this and
that 'Strategic Goal' that accompanied the Viagra leaflet)
Credit where credit is due time..North Essex Mental Health Trust have
just sent me a slim pamphlet with a cheap,photocopied title page..might
look less corporately glamorous, but at least I felt they were trying to
achieve value for money.
