Well now. Unless there has been a change of address in our HA, it
seems as if the mail gateway is broken again, however, the practice
is clearly doing the system good.
In the previous 4 known outages this calendar year, so far, the time
taken to produce a return non-delivery message seemed to be 3 days,
but this one made it back within an hour.
Ann is the _head_ of the PPSA, and as far as I know still in post...
