Write and say that as you gave an unecessary treatment against your clinical
opinion that he had sought and which he was not prepared to accept, you have
removed the whole family from the list.
You cannot keep looking after a family where they will not accept your advice
and argue with you until they get what they want. What would happen if she had
a life threatening allergic reaction to an unnecessary antibiotic? What else
will he browbeat you into giving next time he disagrees?
