Good but has anyone found an auditor who regards this as an audit?

and their advice to practices on what to do if a pateitn actually
notices this notice and says "I don't want anyone looking at my
records"
I ask this not to be difficult (although, of course, I am) but as a
serious question to determine whether the formulators of the policy
have actually thought it through, or if they are merely assuming
that you can reliably expect that if you put a notice on the waiting
room wall saying
"John Smith, you will die in three days time unless you have
the injection, please see nurse"
that John Smith will pass through the practice without taking any
notice.
