NHSnet appears to be *randomly* unreliable.
If Registration and IOS Links are run over an unpredictably unreliable
Link, what would the effects be at either the practice or the HA end?
*If* he *can* make a business case for connection, would it be possible
for this to be shared with GP-UK?

PS we went through this with Registration Links originally.
The business case went - 100% reimbursement - new modem - 1GB upgrade..
