Well, not really..
Problem is that these are the very people who are in a position to
implement it - or not, as the case may be!
Even with the technocompetent, it would be useful to use some push
technology. An email to say a relevant document has been posted on COIN
- or the NHS Information Zone maybe?
I know "ignorance of the law is no defence" - but if nobody has heard of
the law (including the judge and jury) it can throw a spanner in the
works!
