Advance directly to Premiere? Do not pass Go, do not collect £200.

I am watching Premiere with considerable interest, I think there is
still some work to be done, and they need to produce an ISIS editor
as user friendly as the Meditel visual SOPHIE editor ( a most
impressive bit of kit).
They also need to demonstrate MIQUEST.
The 32 bit rapid application development they inhabit is a great
advantage for anyone likely to acquire Premiere, only systems
running to a browser type client have more flexibility.
Ambridge which is one of the companies has always had a good
reputation around here.
They don't yet AFAIK have a moveable patient record.
