Chewing a stick of root ginger 2-3 x daily for 5-10 mins seems helpful
sometimes. Alternatively you can buy capsules of root ginger. Again I
guesse 1-2caps 3-4 x daily. I believe you need to use the herb for
several days before there is necessarily a benefit. These are usually
available at health food stores
