HA letter today "seeking agreement that you will provide prior consideration
to staff in the clearing house as relevant vacancies arise."
They suggest that the clearing house have 5 days to circulate vacancies
"and if no suitable candidate was found you vacancy could then be advertised
externally".
Sounds a bit likely to leave one open to legal action to me, any lurking
legal opinion ?
