RFA 4 Accreditation for System 5 is being completed as we speak.
We expect both System 5 and System 6000 to be formally accredited within a few days.
Most AAH Meditel user don't require an chargeable upgrade to be Y2K compliant. Happy to check your status via private email.

Firstly is April 1999 too late for you to be Y2k compliant?
Secondly is it legally correct that public money should be spent on an
upgrade? Whose fault is it that your system is not compliant? There is too
much assumption that upgrades have to be paid for out of private and public
funds.
