Speak for yourself! A4 files are wonderful- why does anyone support
Lloyd George any more? The larger page size means you often get
several years worth of GP notes on one side and flipping through
hospital letters is easy. Also A4 practices can transfer notes between
each other, which is more than computerised ones can do. At the
present state of software development, A4 is arguably much more useful
than "paperless" records.
