I went as far as actually looking at potentially suitable premises in
Brighton to set up a 'MedCafe'.
The idea is to have a really nice cafe with attached 'medical
navigator' whom you can book (in units of time) to get information.
My cafe will have big comfy club chairs and sofas, row upon row of
books and magazines, chamber music, Internet access and medical bods on
hand to steer and navigate. Natch.
