Yes, but you get a call discount on HH, which makes me almost break even at
the fairly high rate of usage I have, according to the bills I am looking
at.
Yearly rental of 2 ordinary phone lines: £212
Yearly rental of HH (after deduction call allowance): £254
Call charges are identical for HH and the ordinary phone, and faster
connects/downloads mean I spend less time on-line, which leaves me without
much visible difference in the bill. Of course, if I spent lots of time
surfing, I would wipe out that advantage, and I would be £32 worse off p.a.
for having HH. I can't quite work out where the -2x idea comes from, and I
am not seeing it in reality.
