I am using Home Highway, and it is worth the cost for me, because I was able
to discontinue one of my phone lines, therefore breaking even.
However, without this economy, I don't think I would have done it. Unless
you are connected to a server under light load, web speeds aren't that much
different to a v90 connect. When things are going at full tilt, it is quite
gratifying - particularly for file downloads.
