Probably we could prescribe liquid nitrogen,
after all it is not blacklisted, and the patient could toddle back
from the pharmacy with their fuming flaskful.
<warms to idea>
We down in the South do not have the facility of stocking our bags
by writing an FP10 for stock, in fact we have dreadful warnings
that although the massive majority of prescription fraud is by patients
resisting an unjust tax by lying about their exempt status, the fraud
squad
have their eyes on GPs as well.
See Devon LMCs website for more details

it was generated by Microsoft Word, although I touch it up a bit
when I get the files, and there are some appendices to be
uploaded yet.
Devon LMC moves - for the conference of LMCs - that the
Scottish system of stocking bags and cupboards be adopted
for England.
This does have a small consequence on the BPA - come to think of it
if it was done ASAP it could soak up a little bit of the clawback this
year.
