There have been a lot of problems with HSCs relating to PCGs arriving
very late, or not at all, and I was beginning to think that the evidence
suggested pan-incompetence at the NHS Executive..
Imagine my surprise when I received HSC 1998 180 (on the change to CFC-
free inhalers) on 26.10.98, with a release date of 23.10.98!
26th was Monday, *so it must have been posted on the day of release*!
Unfortunately, we don't date stamp HSCs on arrival, although we do for
everything else, so , another enquiry from the list. Does anyone
datestamp HSCs on arrival, and if so, could you check a few and see
whether this rapid distribution is the normal state of affairs (i.e. the
delays and ommissions in the distribution of PCG-related HSCs is subject
specific), or a slight abberation ?
Mary
PS just thought.. I *did* write to complain about 139..
do you suppose there is someone in that department who can read?
