Two comments. Why were they visited and why (more importantly) did they
expect a visit?

I think the complaint should be given short shrift and the parents get a
ticking off from their GP! :-)
Noted a number of comments that it is the Co-ops place to educate and inform
patients. Must say firstly it's too busy usually and really it is the
practice's place to do that if they wish?
So what happened or is it all going through?
