If you are lucky enough to be fit and well with no major illnesses
then I guess you will have a blank page.
If you are unlucky enough to have had a major illness, surgery, etc,
then wouldn't you want a written record available to your registered
practice. We all know that you can't necessarily expect to see the
doctor of choice at the time of your choice, and expect every partner
to know your medical history.
If you want quality of service then that requires quality of records.
If you want a blank page then expect to be looked after by blank
doctors;-)
