It is because the service costs a lot that that question does not
arise.
We are talking about multi-billion pound international banks and law
firms in the City of London paying for what they need, *and* paying for
the quality they want. It is not a scheme run for the North Peckham
Estate or Outer Mongolia Health Authority :-)
I know. Snobbish? No. If quality is a right, then it carries a
price. I do not believe that the NHS can afford quality, only
pontificate about it.
