No, what I meant was if there was nothing in my medical record, then
there was nothing that *I* felt important enough to seek medical
attention for.
My record is empty because I *did not* visit the GP with medical
problems.
So, what 'further' information would you need? :-)

Doctors, on the whole, find it very difficult to keep their hands in
their pockets and watch intelligently.
This is also something to do with the way we train doctors these days.
There is always pressure to 'intervene'.
My first ever breech delivery was supervised by an old prof in Cairo.
I was getting very anxious to intervene to get the baby out. He asked
me to put my hands in my pockets and *watch*. I never forgot that
lesson!
