I have a quarter of an hour rule, then I mark up on frontDesk that the
patient is too late even if they do turn up.
However I am rarely running late, and it must be a bit different if you
constantly have to keep the patients waiting as well.
I tend to be rather lenient for the elderly, especially if I know them,
and know that they very rarely DNA.
