I'll give some reasons here. I'll reply privately to thosee who asked
me to with further.
1. no local access number for the dialup
2. secure mail is routed through their server
3. it's always a bad idea to have custom-made software when you can do
the same with free non-propietary internet technologies stuff
4. too expensive for what it does
5. you have no control
On the plus side:
- downloads when you're not there (on a scheduller) so that the stuff
is ready for you for off line viewing
