TUPE was one of the thinsg I sepcifically asked to be clarified at the
meeting between the Contra and the GMSC.
In the pseudo-euophoria about Milburn's letter that mafde the GMSC tow
the line and abandon the ballot, TUPE issues got forgotten.
I bet many people who will be made redundant don't know a thing about
TUPE. Guess there is a nice little earner for a wired lawyer ;-)
