Given the right people, the right determination and the right formula,
I reckon that a group of us should get together to develop the
following:
1. A new primary care private health scheme that is a vehicle for
investment as well as health care. In other words, you get something
at the end instead of current shemes where you get nothing whether you
used the service or not.
2. The said scheme should allow for a 'no cliams bonus'
3. (that would be telling ;-)
