Three cheers for more unfashionable optimism. What happens if we do co-operate?
i.e. try to design proper democratic primary care organisations that really work
for ourselves, our hospital colleagues and our patients instead of waiting for
"guidance" from the blokes around mahogony tables at the NHSE? Ah well! Perhaps it
is still more fashionable to moan on the touch-line than to get on the field and
kick balls.
