However, what's to bet that the HA staff manage to meet more often and move
things along nicely whilst the the stool pigeons are in "recess".
I of course shall only winge to my board twice a month at the allotted time,
unless they are too busy in meetings to make themselves available to the
electorate, in which case I shall be in constant contact :-)
