IMVHO this will be possible with NT network and ISDN link. This is what we are going for. Cost to upgrade out two sites £1250 per
desk top inclusive, total £17,500, practice contribution, £1000 max as no business case from our end except marginal increase in
speed for network. Also able to install video conferencing as part of telemedicine project with this config. I'll let you all know
(from my desktop ;-)) if I get 95% reimbursement.
