Firstly I am a partially welsh scouser so don't speak like that!
Secondly, how do you deal with a partner who has to keep going in for investigation or treatment for a day or two at a time. As well
as having the usual occasional sickie? Over a twelve month period this may well add up to quite a lot. This is not what happened but
infertility treatment might well lead to accumulatiing a few weeks off then maternity leave in a 12 month period. It has to be fair
all round. I have had one or more partners off on mat leave every year for the last 8 so am quite an expert on all the
ramifications!
