We average it all out, if more than 4 weeks sick/mat in a calendar year, then they starat paying. This has happened. Also cant be
off sick after 28weeks, mat leave starts automatically and can't come back. Discretionary extra at end if have had time off before
and 6 months off ends when babe only 4 months old. Can take up to 12 months off before have to resign, as is case with sickness so
if 4 months puerperal psychosis sickness, still able to come back (if want to!)
