I have to say I agree. Why do we put up with being overtired and
working with some very hazardous equipment/substances (ie body fluids).
If a firm asked someone to drive a forklift after 2 sleepless nights and
continuus shift then they would soon be hammered by the unions if not
the law.
What does our Union do?
Why should we be different from the rest of the work force?
It is about time we had redress for our injuries - both physical and
psychological that we suffer not because of our job/vocation but because
of the inhumane working conditions inflicted upon us.
