Well you are required to provide suitable premises etc - so is this
different?
This is *not* an unpredictable natural disaster - so yes you perhaps are
liable.

No it's not Graham - you make an incorrect assumption for which I am
sure you will apologise ;-) It is the advice of a well known medical
and Y2K lawyer. Who has sued better than the likes of us -
successfully.
