Even the most effeminate homosexualist would be a pale imitation
of a "proper" woman. Let's face it, only a woman's a woman.
Any attempt to queer the pitch is simply a manifestation of
your own insecurities and evidence (if any were needed) of your
own personal agenda.
Men and women are DIFFERENT. Celebrate the differences. Work on
how the differences can be COMBINED, nay, ENMESHED, for the greater
good. There is EQUALITY of opportunity, EQUALITY of progress and
EQUALITY of capacity to hold ale, but at the end of the day MEN AND
WOMEN ARE NOT EQUAL - NEVER HAVE BEEN AND NEVER WILL BE.
Live with this, accept it, work past it, for the profession, for
the patients, for society.
