Unprofessional, and in many instances not true either.
Large swathes of the globe are better flown over rather than landed
on in search of medical attention.
Also, this would be one's own journey one was interrupting, as well
as that of perhaps several hundred others.
No. React according to the best interests of the patient, so far as
you can see them.
