As with "hit by spacecraft" type codes, you need to look to the origins
of the relevant chapters... many appear to have come from ICD9, or the
RCGP codes. I suspect that the strange "impotence" hierarchy placement
comes into that category.
In the current Version 3 heirarchy it is a child of "coital disorder"
which seems hugely more appropriate, and has children of "drug induced
impotence", "endocrine impotence", "neuropathic impotence"
"arteriopathic impotence" and "psychogenic impotence".
