Of course not, whatever made you think that ;-)
I just think that sometimes the patient is the disease and despite
attempts to unravel the social, psychological and occasionally even
medical layers it defies characterisation.
And leads to ritualistic reattendance and resulting reactive cycles of
tests etc. then it all dies down.... until the next time.
