Unfortunately the complaint was made in the local press and attracted
the CHC attention. It was linked with other moans that patient had and
got a lot of adverse publicity.
We did not totally abandon everything, just made some adaptations to
reduce the likelihood of more moans - maybe we had seen others simmering
underneath and felt it was not working as we had intended anyway.
Sadly the people happy with the system kept relatively quiet.

No.
However, things are working ok at the moment with a mixture of telephone
advice and appointments for the duty doc.
