I'm glad to report that we've had very little agro directed towards the GP.
One patient complained that their father's myeloma would have been picked up
if he had been seen and not phoned back for his cough. From a medical point
of view I don't think this is a reasonable complaint. Otherwise the agro is
really only from those who want to be seen, which I always accommodate.
I do actually look forward to triage. It's different. See other thread
about boredom. Sometimes it's busy, but usually there time to go off and do
paperwork etc. We are 6.5 partner 12700 patient practice.
