about "rich nervously debililtated junior doctor".
Most junior doctors deserve half a million for what has been done to
them.
Seniors are now recognised to be more stressed and therefore demand
pro rata more, say .75 mill
GPs ditto.
We can then go back to a proper state of professional detachment
induced by well-to-do people serving society because that is their
vocation and being influenced by ethical, scientific and
compassionate factos, but not at all by financial incentives.
Thus improving the care of the populace.
It has to be acknowledged that the populace, particularly those who
at the moment depend on being seen every week, may find this
stressful, and therefore they should be compensated for these
changes, to the tune of about .25mill
Since it is well recognised that poverty causes disease, this will
reduce the demand on the service.
The slimmed down service with minimal financial fiddlefaddle will
require far less administrators, stressing them out no doubt (.125M)
but improving the efficiency still further.
Given the reduction in complexity in the service NHS Net will be
seen as no longer necessary, and all essential NHS communications
will be carried on on GP-UK, as in fact they are at present.
