We did it in 1991, 20,500 patients, 13 partners, 4 nurses and masses of
accumulated data on our Meditel system.
We try to record all patient contacts. Doctors put visits on before evening
surgery, not too onerous as the visits load is so low these days for most
of us.
telephone consultations are recorded much more fully than they ever were before
we went 'paperless'. That is a real misnomer, we drown in paper every day.
