But they do and probably are. What they don't do is equate 'expert' with
100%, goldplated, god-like certainty, the user does that all on their
ownsome.
Why is it so difficult to accept that the only certainty in life is
death; everything else is just stuff that might happen, with different
rates of likelihood. One simply decides what odds are acceptable or not
(if available) and make choices accordingly.
