No. The leadership of NHS Direct is big and experienced American
conglomerates. The nurses are just going along for obvious reasons.

Because it is a free market and because the players are really big, you
haven't a chance in hell of competeing. Your resources will be
exhausted long before theirs is even dented.
On the other hand, we have the story of David and Goliath, but that
requires sorley missing courage ;-)
