Tim: these people are not whinging doctors indulging in pointing out
what's wrong yet carry on regardless. These are real people who have
had enough. More may follow, but hostages suffer familiarity to
situation after a while and feel 'secure' in their cells.
So, may I rephrase the question:
Given the current muddle and working conditions, how many would leave
the NHS if they can find alternative suitable employment? (anyone doing
less than 5 days a week full time GP need not answer).
