Right for the jugular Ahmad! You've bravely jumped into the abyss. Well I'd
feel like that having worked in the NHS for 20+ years. In a nutshell I just
wonder that GP's are much less committed to the NHS these days. Resentment
occurs when you've put more in than you've got out.
