Surely the easy answer is to put a notice up inviting patients to dig
it out for you. My guess is that most Practices will have at least a
dozen ten year olds who will do the job if the staff of the Practice
cannot. Perhaps it could be one of the activities for the 'Friends
of the Practice' that has appeared on another thread.
