Even *with* access to the technology, you need to know that the
information exists before you can go and look for it!
Has anyone received the Executive Summary, HSC139 or HSC 120 (not to
mention any others "for action by GPs" that I may have missed!) *without
knowing they were available and going and looking for them*?
The *means* of distribution are almost irrelevant - the fact that we are
expected to take action on official documents we have never received,
is.
