Very good idea
It seems to me that a separate labeled column in the spreadsheet headed *Question* would make
life easier for the collators.
A useful extension would be the ability for interactive responders to provide their answers
in a dynamic sheet.
I was involved as project manager for a study on GP guidelines a few years ago, and found
that by the time 10-12 GPs had answered a questionnaire about management of common problems,
there was little to be gained by canvassing more - ie almost all angles had been covered.
This was for common problems only, and difficult problems may require a lot wider canvassing
base.
Incidentally, one view of the world is that all text-books, pamphlets, protocols, journal
articles, web info etc are *guidelines* and anyone who worries about the nomenclature is
either paranoid or a lawyer. A useful *guideline* however is one which clearly summarises
the problem and action plan or other relevant information and is then endorsed by a learned
body after referees have had an opportunity to discuss it.
