Maybe we ought to ask Declan his opinion in private, Jello, my friend. Many
people don't find practice terribly amazing, for exactly the reasons Declan
quotes. His situation is not terribly uncommon, hence my advice to people to
practice with people they like, not in places they like. You will come
across situations like it if you stay in practice long enough.
I am not really certain that we ought to be discussing Declan's situation on
the open list, particularly since Declan actually asked us not to do so in
an earlier post.
