Water is still muddy but....
Interesting replies. Graham / Mark / Julian / Jeff.
Perhaps this is a Dobby plan to stir the pond bottom. Could be a cunning
plan.
Just off the phone to the LMC Sec.
In breech as not blacklisted. Patient could cause hassle at having to pay
the chemist for the private script, complain to the HA that I was not doing
my thing (so to speak) on the NHS as I could have given it as it is not
blacklisted and so on.
But, and well done that man Graham, if the patient is told this and inspite
of all, insists, then unless clinically not appropiate, I would be more in
breech (perhaps) if I didn't give!
Home and hosed (so to speak)... insist it is.
Midlde class area, quite a number asking, cannot ethically send all to a
private Urologist, and wrong to send to another GP for private consult.
I shall tell the HA that the patient insisted.
I'm so happy I think a small Scotch is called for,
Cheers all,
John Charlton.
Derby.
